Everything you need to know before starting a project.
Are the displayed prices final?+
No. All prices are starting prices ("starting from"). The final price depends on complexity, deliverables, scope, deadlines and requested modifications.
Do you offer printing?+
No. No printing services are provided. Only graphic design files are delivered, in formats suited to print and digital depending on the project's needs.
How does a project start?+
A project starts only after the quote is signed, the contract is signed and the 30% deposit is paid.
Is the deposit refundable?+
The deposit is non-refundable, except if DKB cancels the project.
How many modifications are included?+
Modifications happen in validation rounds. From the third round of modifications, additional fees may apply.
What happens if I don't give feedback?+
You have 7 days to validate a project. Without feedback after 7 days, the project is automatically considered approved.
How does payment work?+
Payments (deposit and balance) are made via a Revolut payment link, validated manually by the studio.
