Terms of sale

Purpose

These terms govern the design and art direction services offered by DKB (Designed by Kyumi Bae).

Prices

All displayed prices are starting prices ("starting from"). The final price depends on complexity, deliverables, scope, deadlines and requested modifications. VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the CGI.

Deliverables

No printing services are provided. Only graphic design files are delivered, in formats suited to print and digital depending on the project.

Start and deposit

Projects start only after the quote is signed, the contract is signed and the 30% deposit is paid. The deposit is non-refundable, except if DKB cancels. Payments are made via a Revolut payment link.

Timelines and urgency

Timelines are provided for guidance. Urgent projects may incur additional fees.

Modifications

From the third round of modifications onward, additional fees may apply.

Validation

Clients have 7 days to validate a project. Without feedback after 7 days, the project is automatically considered approved.

Use of files

Any unauthorized use of non-final or unpaid files may result in additional invoicing and legal action.

Refusal

DKB reserves the right to refuse any project, without justification.
